Ingredients

23 tablespoons water (to loosen)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup baby spinach

½ cucumber, diced

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

2 boiled or soft-boiled eggs (optional)

Extra basil leaves

Red pepper flakes

Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions
