Golden crispy flatbread layered with creamy brie, sweet dried cranberries, crunchy toasted walnuts, and finished with a warm hot honey drizzle—perfect as an appetizer, light dinner, or elegant snack.
Ingredients
2 flatbreads or naan breads
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup brie cheese, sliced
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbreads.
4. Top with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
5. Bake for 8–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
6. In a small bowl, mix honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice.
7. Remove flatbreads from oven and drizzle with hot honey.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs and black pepper if desired.
9. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use naan for a softer texture or flatbread for extra crispiness.
Toast walnuts beforehand to enhance their flavor.
Adjust chili flakes to control the spice level.
Serve immediately for the best melted cheese texture.
