Description

Golden, buttery biscuit bombs stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese, brushed with garlic herb butter, topped with Parmesan, and served warm with marinara sauce. An easy appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game day, or family dinners.

Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz / 462 g) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 cup warm marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.

3. Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit.

4. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams tightly to seal completely.

5. Arrange the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

7. Brush the garlic butter generously over each biscuit bomb and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8. Bake for 14–17 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

9. Remove from the oven and garnish immediately with fresh parsley.

10. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Seal the dough completely to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.

Use low-moisture mozzarella for the best gooey cheese pull.

Brush with extra garlic butter after baking for even more flavor.

Serve immediately while the cheese is hot and stretchy.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
