Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170 g each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Lemon slices, for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, honey, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush the lemon garlic marinade generously over both sides.
4. Let the salmon marinate for 10–15 minutes if time allows.
5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer, skin-side down if applicable.
6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
7. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer.
8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately with fresh lemon slices.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice and zest for the brightest flavor.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
Cook until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Leftover salmon keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
