1 small cucumber, sliced

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp capers

Fresh dill sprigs

Lemon wedges

Lemon Dill Sauce:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 small garlic clove, grated

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional Additions:

Avocado slices

Cherry tomatoes

Olives

Crackers or pita chips

Instructions

1. Arrange toasted baguette slices, smoked salmon, cucumber, red onion, capers, and lemon wedges on a large serving board.

2. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

3. Place cream cheese in a small bowl or spread it onto part of the board.

4. Drizzle or serve the lemon dill sauce on the side for dipping or topping.

5. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and extra lemon wedges.

6. Serve immediately while fresh and chilled for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Best served immediately after assembling to keep textures fresh and vibrant.

You can prep the lemon dill sauce up to 2 days ahead and store it in the fridge.

Add avocado or olives for extra richness and Mediterranean depth.

Lightly toast the baguette just before serving for the best crunch.

For a stronger citrus kick, add extra lemon zest to the sauce.
